We Offer complete drywall and interior painting services for Residential and commercial projects and we specialize in custom homes.

We love a challenge!

As long as there is a good framework to build on - the more difficult the job, the better we like it. Some of our clients use other crews for basic drywalling but, when they need a higher degree of expertise, they call on us.

Our Levels of Service

Level 3 Service

This service is designed to provide the customer with quality workmanship at a competitive cost. It is a bare bones contract where the customer can add upgrades if they choose. A level 3 finish is most commonly chosen by budget oriented customers who feel that industry standard will suffice. Of course, our quality tradespeople will always strive to raise the bar. Our Level 3 service includes:

• A backframing allowance of 1/2 hr per 5000 sq ft (Additional corrections can be provided as extras.)
• beads as level as framing
• Top notch boarding including 5/8” typex drywall on ceilings
• All joints taped and 2 coats of filler, Standard level 3 finish
• Standard clean up (scraped & swept)
• Denseshield in wet areas
• Our standard Level 3 Warranty covers
• • All workmanship and materials for 6 months
  • Guaranteed to accept paint finishes to, flat/eggshell B2 colour (not guaranteed against flashing)
  • Trade damage repairs can be provided at an hourly charge
  • Ask about pricing on any upgrades

Level 4 Service

This service is designed to provide excellent value for custom homes where a high end finish is necessary due to architecture, critical light situations and customers who require a higher quality finish while still working within the parameters of a budget. Our Level 4 Service includes

• A backframing allowance of 1 hour per 5000 (Additional corrections, can be provided as extras.)
• Truss lift protection
• Top notch boarding including 5/8” type x drywall on ceilings
• beads installed with a level to insure they are as level as possible
• All joints taped and 3 coats of filler Standard level 4 finish
• Our premium clean up (Scrape, sweep, dust & Vacuum) as well as regular tidying
• Aquatough installed wet areas
• Our standard Level 4 Warranty covers:
• • All workmanship and materials for 2 years
  • Free service trip (up to 4 hrs. per 5000 square feet) to repair trade damage
  • Any necessary masking and dust barriers
  • Guaranteed to accept paint finishes to, flat/eggshell (ceilings) and eggshell/pearl, B3 colour.
  • Guaranteed not to flash in most normal light

Level 5 Service

This service is designed to provide a flawless finish for the uncompromising client. Some projects dictate a certain level of service and quality beyond the industry standard, we have the skills and the knowledge to satisfy the needs of the most discerning of clients who expect the best and are willing to pay for it. Our Level 5 Service includes:

• A backframing allowance of 4 hrs. per 5000
• beads as level as possible
• Top notch boarding including 5/8” type x drywall on ceilings
• All joints taped and 3 or more coats of filler , level 4 finish with a surface equalizer installed
• Our premium clean up (Scrape, sweep, dust & Vacuum) ) as well as regular tidying
• wet areas finished to your specs
• Our standard Level 5 Warranty covers:
• • All workmanship and materials for 4 years
  • Free service trip (up to 8 hrs. per 5000 square feet) to repair trade damage
  • Any necessary masking and dust barriers
  • Paint finish guaranteed to, semi-gloss, B4 colour *** guaranteed not to flash ***
